The all-in-one bundle. Bland charges one per-minute price ($0.11 to 0.14) that covers everything: the AI, the voice and the phone line. Predictable to budget and strong on compliance, but you cannot pick the parts. Built for phones at volume.

What you'll pay

About $0.11 to 0.14 for a minute of conversation, once the phone line and the AI are added in.

That's roughly $6.60–8.40 an hour. Plans: from $0/mo (Start) up to $499/mo (Scale).

Bundled per-minute (AI model, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and telephony in one number, no provider pass-through). Tiers: Start $0.14/min ($0/mo), Build $0.12/min ($299/mo), Scale $0.11/min ($499/mo), Enterprise custom with unlimited concurrency. Two free credits plus a free inbound number ($15/mo value). Bring-your-own telephony over any SIP provider; components are 0 here because Bland does not break them out.

Plans & what you get

Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

At a glance

Plugging in your own phone-number supplier instead of using the platform's numbers. Handy if you already run your own phone setup. Handing the call to a human with context: the AI briefs the person first, instead of a cold drop where the caller repeats themselves. Kicking off a whole list of outbound calls at once, rather than dialling one at a time. · A standard way to let the agent use outside tools mid-call, like a booking system or your CRM. Our full take

Bland’s pitch is the opposite of a build-it-yourself tool: one bundled number, with nothing billed through from outside suppliers. The per-minute rate covers the AI, the listening, the speaking and the phone line all together. It is $0.14 on the entry tier, dropping to $0.12 (with a $299 a month platform fee) and $0.11 at scale ($499 a month). No surprise line items, which is the whole appeal for teams that hated reconciling four different suppliers’ bills.

It is built for phones at volume, inbound and outbound. The number of calls it can run at once scales by tier and is unlimited on Enterprise. The phone line is bring-your-own, over any SIP provider, which just means you can point your own phone-number supplier at it. The compliance posture is genuinely strong: SOC 2 Type 1 and 2, HIPAA, GDPR and PCI DSS 4.0.1, and Bland says it was built around those standards rather than bolted onto them afterwards.

The trade-off is the flip side of the bundle. You do not pick the AI model or the voice the way you would on Vapi or Retell, so you are trusting Bland’s choices to be the right ones. For a lot of phone jobs that is a fair trade.

We have not placed our own test calls to Bland yet, so the latency shown is a preview placeholder, not a real measurement. The pricing and compliance detail is from Bland’s pricing page and site, captured 2026-05-30. The compliance line is cross-checked against a secondary source and worth re-confirming on Bland’s own trust page before you rely on it.
