The ecommerce specialist. Ringly's agent plugs into Shopify, reads a caller's order history and handles returns and product questions, then routes the rest to a human. Priced by monthly minute bundles from USD 349, not per call. Best for Shopify stores, not general phone lines.

What you'll pay

About $0.19 to 0.35 for a minute of conversation, once the phone line and the AI are added in.

That's roughly $11.40–20.94 an hour. Plans: from $349/mo (Grow) up to $799/mo (Pro).

Ringly bills by monthly minute bundle plus overage, not per call, and does not itemise the platform/STT/LLM/TTS/telephony stack (it is all-managed and the providers are not disclosed). The effective bundled rate is about USD 0.32 to 0.349/min (Pro vs Grow); overage runs USD 0.19 to 0.29/min, so realised cost depends on how fully you use the bundle. Phone numbers can be bought inside Ringly in one click, or you can forward an existing number. No published HIPAA, SOC 2 or GDPR certification.

Plans & what you get

Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

At a glance

· Plugging in your own phone-number supplier instead of using the platform's numbers. Handy if you already run your own phone setup. Handing the call to a human with context: the AI briefs the person first, instead of a cold drop where the caller repeats themselves. · Kicking off a whole list of outbound calls at once, rather than dialling one at a time. · A standard way to let the agent use outside tools mid-call, like a booking system or your CRM. Our full take

Ringly prices by the month, not the minute. The entry plan (Grow) is USD 349/mo and includes about 1,000 minutes, roughly 500 calls; Pro is USD 799/mo for about 2,500 minutes and adds a 65% resolution guarantee. Go over your bundle and you pay USD 0.19 to 0.29 a minute, depending on the plan. Worked back to a per-minute number, that is about USD 0.32 to 0.349 a minute if you use the bundle fully, and less if you run hot against it. Ringly does not break the price into the usual parts (speech, model, voice, phone line); it is all handled for you, and the providers are not disclosed.

What makes Ringly different from a general phone-agent builder is that it is built for Shopify. Its agent, Seth, reads a caller’s order history straight from your store and handles the calls an ecommerce team actually gets: where is my order, returns, product and policy questions. It resolves most of them on its own (Ringly cites more than 70% in its own case studies) and routes the rest to a person. You can buy a phone number inside Ringly in one click, or forward an existing one.

The flip side of that focus is the limit. If you are not on Shopify, Ringly is the wrong tool: it is a vertical product, not a horizontal builder, and roughly a third of calls still go to a human. There is also no published compliance posture. We could not find a SOC 2, HIPAA or GDPR certification, or even a security page, only a short privacy policy with a five-year data-retention default. For a regulated buyer that is a blocker; for a typical Shopify store it may not matter.

Outbound is supported but on a leash: it fires from automations (an abandoned-cart trigger through Zapier, say), and cold calling is not allowed without prior consent, so this is not a campaign dialer. We have not placed our own test calls to Ringly yet, so there are no Voxrater latency numbers here. The figures above come from Ringly’s own pricing, FAQ and Shopify App Store pages, captured 2026-06-15. The benchmark section fills in once we run the calls.
