The no-code builder that went enterprise. In mid-2026 Synthflow removed every published price: just one card saying contracts start at $30,000 a year, behind a talk-to-sales form. The drag-and-drop product is still real, but a small team can no longer buy it off a page.

What you'll pay

Custom, by quote. Synthflow does not publish a per-minute rate.

You talk to their sales team for a price, usually on an annual contract. See the pricing note below for what is publicly known.

Pricing

Custom pricing on request

Synthflow no longer publishes usage pricing. As of 2026-07-11 its pricing page is a single enterprise card stating that contracts start at $30,000 annually, with pricing scoped around call volume and the contract covering telephony setup, integrations, security and launch support; the only CTA is CONTACT SALES (route: synthflow.ai/talk-to-sales). Every previously published rate is gone from public view: the $0.09/min Voice Engine rate, the per-model AI charges, the $0.02/min managed telephony line, the roughly $0.15 to 0.24 all-in range, and the $2,000/mo white-label price. Our own dated capture on 2026-06-15 still showed the full pay-as-you-go table, so the pivot happened between 2026-06-15 and 2026-07-11. We will not invent numbers a vendor does not publish, so every pricing component is set to 0 and the all-in range to 0 to 0; cost tables render Custom.

Plans & what you get

Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

At a glance

Plugging in your own phone-number supplier instead of using the platform's numbers. Handy if you already run your own phone setup. Handing the call to a human with context: the AI briefs the person first, instead of a cold drop where the caller repeats themselves. Kicking off a whole list of outbound calls at once, rather than dialling one at a time. · A standard way to let the agent use outside tools mid-call, like a booking system or your CRM. Our full take

Synthflow has gone enterprise, and it has done it abruptly. Some time between 15 June and 11 July 2026 (our dated screenshots bracket the window: the full pay-as-you-go table was still live on 15 June) it stripped every published price from its pricing page. What sits there now is a single card: enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually, pricing is scoped around call volume, the contract wraps in telephony setup, integrations, security and launch support, and the only button reads CONTACT SALES. The $0.09 a minute Voice Engine rate, the per-model AI charges, the roughly $0.15 to 0.24 all-in maths and the $2,000 a month white-label price are all gone from public view. We will not invent numbers a vendor no longer publishes, so every pricing component on this page is recorded as zero and our cost tables show Custom.

The site has not quite caught up with itself, and we would rather record that honestly than tidy it away. The homepage still says you can start and build your AI agent for free, and an FAQ still mentions pay as you go, but every call-to-action on the page routes to the talk-to-sales demo form, and there is no signup or register path anywhere (checked 11 July 2026). Read the leftover copy as leftover copy. The product is sales-led now, and the free-build promise has nothing behind it.

This is a deliberate repositioning, not a page glitch. On 23 June 2026 Synthflow announced a partnership with AVANT to, in the release’s own words, accelerate enterprise adoption of agentic voice AI. Put that next to the new pricing card and the direction is unambiguous: Synthflow is selling annual contracts to enterprises through a sales team, not usage minutes to small teams through a checkout.

The product underneath has not changed shape, and the strength that earned it a place here still stands. You build the agent by dragging blocks around rather than writing code, which means an operations lead or a front-desk manager can shape a working phone agent without a developer in the room, and the connector list (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Make, Twilio) covers the stack a sales or support team actually runs. The voice side offers Synthflow’s own Voice Engine plus ElevenLabs routing. The pricing page now carries badges for SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and ISO 27001 (the ISO 27001 badge is new since our last review) with EU and US hosting; treat all of those as badge-level claims and get the paperwork, including the BAA if you are in healthcare, confirmed in writing during the sales cycle.

So who should still be reading this page? If you are a small business, an agency or a founder who wanted to put a receptionist live this week on a card and a usage meter, the honest answer is: not you, not any more. There is no self-serve path, and a $30,000 a year floor is a different purchase from the $0.15 a minute one this profile used to describe. Retell or Vapi will serve you better, and Bland’s flat rate covers the predictable-bill case. If you are an enterprise buyer, the pitch is actually coherent: a builder your non-technical staff can drive, with the telephony plumbing, integrations, security review and launch support handled inside one contract. At that end of the market, sales cycles and annual commitments are normal, and the conversation may be worth having.

On our scores, we have cut value for money from 6 to 4, the same shape we give the other quote-only enterprise vendors. That is not a claim the product got worse. It is the mechanical consequence of the pricing disappearing: a buyer can no longer read a price off a page and judge the value, and a $30,000 floor prices out most of the readers this directory serves. Ease of use stays at 10 because the no-code builder is unchanged.

One oddity worth a line, because we earn affiliate commissions and will not pretend otherwise. Synthflow’s PartnerStack affiliate programme is still live (20% for every paid referral for 12 months, re-checked 11 July 2026), which is a strange fit for a sales-led product with no self-serve signup: a referral now has to survive an enterprise sales cycle before it pays anything. And the standing caution stays. A public Trustpilot report describes a $10,840.55 commission marked approved and scheduled, then removed from the dashboard without a clear explanation, with the case escalated to German arbitration. We have not independently verified the outcome, and we flag Synthflow’s affiliate reliability as caution for that reason.

We have not placed our own test calls to Synthflow yet, so there are no Voxrater latency numbers here. The pricing pivot is from our own dated captures of synthflow.ai/pricing (15 June and 11 July 2026), the homepage state from the same 11 July check, and the enterprise repositioning from the 23 June AVANT announcement. The benchmark section fills in once we run the calls.

⚠ Affiliate reliability: caution. Affiliate reliability flagged CAUTION. A public Trustpilot report (around 2026-05-18) describes a $10,840.55 commission marked approved and scheduled, then removed from the affiliate dashboard without clear explanation; the affiliate escalated to German arbitration. Re-checked 2026-06-03: no public resolution or Synthflow response has surfaced, and we found no corroborating second report, so this is a single but serious data point. Outcome not independently verified by Voxrater. Re-checked 2026-07-11: the PartnerStack programme is still live (20% per paid referral for 12 months) despite Synthflow going sales-led with no self-serve signup, an odd pairing, since a referral now has to survive an enterprise sales cycle before it pays anything.
