Synthflow
Build a phone receptionist by dragging boxes together, no code needed, though the bill grows with your call volume.
Paid link, we may earn a commission. How this works.
The no-code option. You build the agent by dragging blocks around instead of writing code, which is why agencies and non-technical teams like it. Easy to start, roughly $0.15 to 0.24 a minute. Note the affiliate-payment dispute below if you plan to resell it.
About $0.15 to 0.24 for a minute of conversation, once the phone line and the AI are added in.
That's roughly $9.00–14.40 an hour. It is pay as you go, no monthly subscription.

Pay-as-you-go usage lands roughly $0.15 to 0.24/min: Voice Engine $0.09/min (speech-to-text and text-to-speech bundled) + your AI model (GPT-4.1 mini $0.02, GPT-4.1/5 $0.04 to 0.05) + telephony (Synthflow-managed Twilio $0.02, or $0 bring-your-own). Five concurrent calls included, then $20/reserved concurrency/mo. White-label is $2,000/mo on PAYG (included on Enterprise). Phone numbers $1.50 each. Enterprise needs 10,000+ min/mo, custom-priced.
Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

Our full take
Synthflow is the no-code option of the bunch. You build the agent by dragging blocks around rather than wiring anything together in code, which is the draw for agencies and non-technical teams. Usage lands around $0.15 to 0.24 a minute: the Voice Engine is $0.09 (the listening and speaking parts are bundled together), the AI model you choose adds $0.02 to 0.05, and the phone line is $0.02 on Synthflow’s managed Twilio, or nothing if you bring your own carrier. Five calls can run at once on the base plan; more capacity is $20 each a month.
The compliance story is strong on paper: SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO 27001, which is the list a regulated buyer checks for. If you want to put your own branding on the product and resell it (white-label), that is $2,000 a month on pay-as-you-go, or folded into Enterprise.
Now the part we have to flag, because Voxrater earns affiliate commissions and we will not pretend that away. Synthflow runs an affiliate programme, 20% recurring for 15 months, and there is a public, documented dispute about it. An affiliate reported a $10,840.55 commission that was marked approved and scheduled, then removed from the dashboard without a clear explanation, and the case went to German arbitration. We have not independently verified the outcome. We flag Synthflow’s affiliate reliability as “caution” for that reason, and we would tell you the same whether or not we stood to earn from the link.
We have not placed our own test calls to Synthflow yet, so there are no Voxrater latency numbers here. The pricing and compliance detail is from Synthflow’s pricing page and changelog, captured 2026-05-30. The affiliate dispute is from public Trustpilot reporting on the same date.
⚠ Affiliate reliability: caution. Affiliate reliability flagged CAUTION. A public Trustpilot report (around 2026-05-18) describes a $10,840.55 commission marked approved and scheduled, then removed from the affiliate dashboard without clear explanation; the affiliate escalated to German arbitration. Re-checked 2026-06-03: no public resolution or Synthflow response has surfaced, and we found no corroborating second report, so this is a single but serious data point. Outcome not independently verified by Voxrater.
