A voice-agent platform built for agencies. You white-label it, give each client a workspace, and resell calls billed at a flat $0.12 a minute. HIPAA and GDPR are formally claimed; SOC 2 is still in progress on the vendor's own trust centre.

What you'll pay

About $0.05 to 0.12 for a minute of conversation, once the phone line and the AI are added in.

That's roughly $3.00–7.20 an hour. Plans: from $49/mo (Basic) up to $299/mo (Agency).

The pricing page shows plain '$' amounts with no currency code; the terms of use quote USD for their liability cap and we record USD, but the vendor is an Australian company (Zerodue AI Pty Ltd trading as Trillet AI), so confirm the billing currency at checkout. Trillet does not itemise STT/LLM/TTS/telephony, so the whole flat rate sits under the platform fee: $0.12/min for minutes beyond the plan allowance on every tier, and $0.05/min for transferred-call minutes (the low end of our all-in band). Extra agent phone numbers are $5/mo and extra Studio workspaces $15 each. HIPAA is ticked for every tier on the plan-comparison table, with no add-on fee published. 28-day money-back guarantee on all plans, no contracts.

Plans & what you get

Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

Plugging in your own phone-number supplier instead of using the platform's numbers. Handy if you already run your own phone setup. Handing the call to a human with context: the AI briefs the person first, instead of a cold drop where the caller repeats themselves. Kicking off a whole list of outbound calls at once, rather than dialling one at a time. · A standard way to let the agent use outside tools mid-call, like a booking system or your CRM. Our full take

Trillet is priced for the agency lane. Studio is $99 a month for 100 included minutes, 3 agent phone numbers and up to 3 client workspaces ($15 each beyond that), with white-label branding in from the cheapest tier. Agency is $299 for 300 minutes, 10 numbers, unlimited workspaces, custom branded emails and a custom minute markup, and Enterprise is quote-only. Past the allowance every tier pays a flat $0.12 a minute, and minutes spent on a transferred call bill at $0.05. Here is the workings on the real rate: use only your included minutes and Studio costs about $0.99 a minute ($99 over 100 minutes), so treat the plan fee as the price of the seat and the $0.12 as the price of scale. A banner also offers a single-business Basic plan from $49 a month, though the pricing page publishes no detail for it. There is no free tier; every plan carries a 28-day money-back guarantee instead.

Two housekeeping checks before you subscribe. First, the pricing page shows plain dollar amounts with no currency code; the terms of use quote their liability cap in USD, so we record USD, but the company is Australian, so confirm the billing currency at checkout. Second, the paperwork names two identities: the site footer says Trillet AI Pty Ltd while the terms name Zerodue AI Pty Ltd trading as Trillet AI, under the law of Victoria, Australia. Neither point is disqualifying, but if you are signing clients on top of this platform you want the entity on the invoice to match the one in the contract.

What you are buying is a full platform rather than an ops layer on someone else’s engine. Trillet runs its reasoning on Gemini in Vertex AI, with GPT-4o and GPT-4.1 model options in the agent API, captures speech with Google’s Speech-to-Text, and hosts on Google Kubernetes Engine. The Google Cloud case study credits that stack with an error rate under 1% and sub-2-second latency; treat those as the vendor’s and Google’s joint numbers, not ours, because we have not placed test calls yet. Voices default to Trillet’s own included set, with ElevenLabs as a premium add-on or bring-your-own through your ElevenLabs API key, and there is a voice-cloning API.

The feature list covers what an agency actually resells. Warm and cold transfers are both supported (warm means the agent stays on the line during the handoff) to a phone number or a SIP address, batch calling runs from a CSV upload or the API, and numbers can be bought in-platform or brought over from Twilio, with the SIP trunks (the internet phone lines behind the numbers) managed automatically when you assign a number to an agent. Integrations aim squarely at the agency stack: Google Calendar and Cal.com for booking, GoHighLevel and HubSpot on the CRM side, Meta lead forms, WhatsApp and Messenger for messaging, Stripe for billing, and Make or n8n for glue. The docs are useful but patchy in places: the changelog page renders empty, and no full language list or concurrency limit is published anywhere we could find, so verify both for your use case before you commit a client.

Compliance is where the marketing runs ahead of the paperwork. The homepage badge strip claims ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR and TCPA. The vendor’s own trust centre tells a more precise story: HIPAA and GDPR are listed as compliant, while SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are both listed as in progress. We record what the trust centre says, so HIPAA yes, GDPR yes, SOC 2 no. If a client needs a SOC 2 report you can actually open, get it in writing before you sell. The privacy policy itself is drafted to Australian law (the Privacy Act 1988 and its privacy principles), does not mention GDPR or HIPAA, and keeps call recordings for around 90 days.

My read: for an agency that wants to own the platform under its own brand, Trillet is one of the cheaper credible routes in. White-label at $99 from day one with a flat $0.12 a minute is honest pricing, and the Google-stack engineering story is stronger than most tools at this price. The trade-offs sit in the details: thin included minutes, an unlabelled billing currency, a young company (its trust centre says founded in 2024) and a SOC 2 that is not finished. Sell it to regulated clients only on what the trust centre confirms today, not on what the homepage badges promise.

We have not placed test calls through Trillet and it has no Voxrater benchmark numbers; the scores on this page are an editorial preview, not a measured result. Everything above comes from Trillet’s pricing page, docs, trust centre, legal pages and the Google Cloud case study, captured 2026-07-12.
