Hermes
The operating layer for AI voice agencies: client workspaces, white-label domains and billing on top of Retell or Vapi.
Paid link, we may earn a commission. How this works.
Back-office software for agencies selling AI phone agents. Each client gets a branded workspace, and the agency runs CRM, campaigns and billing in one place. In private beta as of July 2026, so you need an invite to sign up.
About $0.21 to 0.24 for a minute of conversation, once the phone line and the AI are added in.
That's roughly $12.60–14.40 an hour. Plans: from $149/mo (Starter) up to $699/mo (Agency).

In private beta as of 2026-07-11 (100 operator spots; the founding-member rate locks at signup), so treat published pricing as promotional until public launch. Overage: the pricing page says $0.21/min flat on every tier; the integrations page says $0.24/min (both captured the same day). We record the pricing page's $0.21 as canonical and carry the all-in band to $0.24 until the vendor clears it up. The billing line also lists $12/KB (knowledge bases) and US A2P SMS fees passed through at cost; neither is documented further. Calls run on managed upstream engines (the DPA names Retell AI as the voice sub-processor; the integrations page also lists Vapi), so STT/LLM/TTS/telephony are not itemised and the whole rate sits under the platform fee.
Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

Our full take
Hermes is back-office software for the agencies that sell AI phone agents, not another voice engine. If you run voice agents for a handful of clients you know the mess this grows into: one engine account, a spreadsheet of client minutes, a separate CRM and a pile of automation glue holding it together. Hermes replaces that stack with one platform. Each client gets a workspace with its own data and branding, there is a built-in CRM with an outbound dialler and sequences, prospects call your demo agent on your own domain, and usage billing runs under your brand through Stripe.
First, the status, because it changes the buying advice: Hermes is in private beta as of 11 July 2026. There are 100 operator spots, the first 60 days are free, and the founding-member rate locks at signup. Public launch is billed as coming soon. So this page describes a young product from a four-person founding team, and the pricing below is promotional until launch. We will re-verify the numbers when it goes public.
Pricing is a monthly platform fee with included minutes, then a flat per-minute overage. Starter is $149 a month for 3 client workspaces and 300 minutes, Business is $399 for 7 workspaces and 1,000 minutes, Agency is $699 for 10 workspaces and 1,650 minutes, and Enterprise is custom. Here is the workings on the real rate: use only your included minutes and Starter costs about $0.50 a minute ($149 spread over 300 minutes), Business about $0.40 and Agency about $0.42. Past the allowance you pay the flat overage, and this is where the site trips over itself: the pricing page says $0.21 a minute on every tier, while the integrations page says $0.24. Both were live on the day we captured them. We record the pricing page’s $0.21 as canonical and carry our all-in band to $0.24 until Hermes clears it up. The billing line also lists $12 per knowledge base and US A2P text fees passed through at cost; neither is documented further, so ask before you commit.
Be clear about what you are buying, because Hermes does not make the calls. Voice runs on managed upstream engines: the integrations page names Vapi and Retell, and the data-processing agreement names Retell AI as the voice sub-processor. Call quality and latency are therefore the engine’s, and what Hermes adds is the operating layer around it. That framing decides who should buy. With one or two clients you do not need this; run them straight on the engine and keep the fee. At five or more clients, separate workspaces, client-facing billing through Stripe Connect and a white-label domain per client are exactly the jobs that eat your week, and the platform fee is cheap against the admin time.
The integration list is aimed squarely at the agency stack it wants to replace: Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com and Calendly for booking; HubSpot sync and GoHighLevel export on the CRM side, with Zapier and Make supported as legacy paths; Stripe and Stripe Connect for billing; Slack, Discord and email for notifications. Outbound compliance gets real attention for a product this young: A2P 10DLC registration, a TCPA compliance page and call-recording opt-in are all present, which matters if your clients dial out in the US.
On compliance labels we record only what is formally claimed. GDPR: yes. There is a published data-processing agreement with the EU standard contractual clauses and a 72-hour breach-notification commitment, so we mark it. HIPAA and SOC 2: neither appears anywhere on the site, so both are recorded as no. A clinic-facing agency should treat that as a blocker until Hermes says otherwise in writing.
Now the honest limits. This is a pre-launch product with no independent reviews anywhere we could find, no published company address, and a privacy policy that only came into effect in May 2026. The four founders are named on the site, which is more than some beta products manage. The co-founder who suggested this listing quoted us an overage rate that did not match his own pricing page, which is the kind of small inconsistency you expect at this stage and should verify at signup. My read: if you are an established agency drowning in per-client admin, take the free 60 days and test it against your messiest client; if you are new to voice agents, pick your engine first and come back when Hermes has launched publicly and the pricing has settled.
We have not placed test calls through Hermes and it has no Voxrater benchmark numbers; the scores on this page are an editorial preview, not a measured result. Everything above comes from the vendor’s own pricing, integrations, about and legal pages, captured 2026-07-11. We will re-review at public launch.
